"The pecan muffins (recipe in the pkg) are great. I substitute 1/2 c butter for the oiland double the recipe because 2 muffins per person is not enough! The meal is convenient to use in cookies that call for ground pecans. I also substitute pecan meal for half of the flour in a cookie recipe. With these uses, 1 box barely lasts a year."

"First time to try pecan meal. Just made pork chops coated in pecan meal and baked in oven. It turns out to be so tender. Have used it to coat chicken and fish in air fryer. It gives a great flavor. Lots of recipes online for ideas using pecan meal. Comes in a big bag and I divided it up into 2 containers for the freezer."
