Q:Do you ship chocolates year-round?

A:The high quality of our chocolates doesn’t allow us to ship during the seasonally hot months. They are only available for shipment from October through Mother’s Day. Our customers like to stock up their freezers for a cool treat during the hot months.

Q:Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

A: Yes. When using a P.O. Box, delivery is made by the U.S. Postal Service.

Q: How do I change my address for a catalog?

A: You can change your address by contacting us via e-mail or by phone at 1-800-999-2488. Be sure to give your old address as well as the new address.

Q: Do you ship year-round?

A: Most of our items are available for shipping year-round. However, due to temperature sensitivity, chocolates are only shipped from October through Mother’s Day. Additionally, raw pecans are unavailable for shipment from September 1st until harvest begins in mid to late October.

Q: When are fresh crop pecans available?

A: We will ship Fall new-crop raw pecans when harvest begins, usually late October depending on the weather. Our earliest orders will ship first.

Q: What are your shipping policies?

A: All prompt orders are shipped 2 business days after the order is received. Deferred shipments are sent to arrive at your request or when they come in season.

A: As a family-owned business, Sunnyland Farms fully and unconditionally guarantees each package we ship. If a package is lost or damaged, we will replace or refund your money within 30 days of it being received.
