Our Guarantee to You 
As a family-owned business, Sunnyland Farms fully and unconditionally guarantees each package we ship. If a package is lost or damaged, we will replace the package or refund your money within 30 days of being received.

Shipping

Most of our items are available for shipping year-round. However, due to temperature sensitivity, chocolates are only shipped from October through Mother’s Day. Additionally, raw pecans are unavailable for shipment from September 1st until harvest begins in mid to late October.

All prompt orders are shipped 2 business days after the order is received. Deferred shipments are sent to arrive at your request or when they come in season.

Sunnyland Farms ships everywhere in the United States, we can not ship in-shell pecans to California or Arizona due to their state laws. When using a P.O. Box, delivery is made by the U.S. Postal Service.
