Orange Pecan-Coconut Salmon
Instructions
Elevate your typical salmon with the ultimate flavors of summer- orange, coconut, and pecan. Trust this flavor combination and for the best results use Sunnyland Georgia Pecans and gallberry honey.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1 TBSP dijon mustard
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sunnyland Gallberry Honey
Instructions
- Place salmon filets in shallow baking dish
- Sprinkle each with salt/pepper
- Make glaze with marmalade, mustard, etc.
- Glaze filets with about a TBSP of glaze
- Put pecan coconut topping on each
- Bake at 350 for 25 to 20 minutes
- Squeeze fresh orange slices after baking
