Orange Pecan-Coconut Salmon

  1. Place salmon filets in shallow baking dish
  2. Sprinkle each with salt/pepper
  3. Make glaze with marmalade, mustard, etc.
  4. Glaze filets with about a TBSP of glaze
  5. Put pecan coconut topping on each
  6. Bake at 350 for 25 to 20 minutes
  7. Squeeze fresh orange slices after baking
