"I received notification an order I placed as a birthday gift had been delivered however when I checked with the recipient they had not received it. As it turns out, I put the wrong address in my order and apparently a neighbor received and ate the cake!! I tried to pay for another order but was told another order would go out at no charge. How rare this day and age to receive such wonderful customer service. I had been ordering pecans from you, but this was the first cake and I can assure you, this won't be the last one I order. Worst rum cake I ever ate.

"I was really looking forward to a good rum cake after reading the description. I was very disappointed. The cake is dry and tasteless. The storage instructions say keep it refrigerated in an air-tight container or it can be frozen. I kept mine in the refrigerator because I planned on eating it right away. Because its so dense you can hardly cut it with a fork. I've never had a cake that was kept in the refrigerator that couldn't be cut with a fork. Awful!!!"
