"Good nut. I divided them into 4 portion of 1 lbs, kept 3 lbs in freezer; washed 1lb in salt water for 15 seconds, & rinsed them, then scatterd a bit of salt on the nuts and baked in Ninja mini oven for 9 minutes; left the nuts in there another 5 minutes. Very good crunchy fresh nuts."
