The Coconut Cake is our first frosted cake EVER! Using coconut milk and real coconut flakes, we developed a rich cake that is perfectly moist and has fresh coconut flavor in every bite. The coconut cake is topped with creamy white icing and encrusted with flakes of coconut, this cake is almost too pretty to eat!
