"I have ordered the toasted pecan tin several times as a gift. Never disappointed! However, the procedure of posting an enclosure note on the outside label makes for confusion and/or the recipient having no knowledge of who sent the gift. Pls change the procedure. This last time, notation was not even placed on the shipping label. It’s awkward to have to have a conversation with the recipient about the matter; spoils any surprise in the gift delivery!"
