All recipes

Thanks to our partner Regan Jones over at This Baking Life for creating this delicious recipe for our customers and fans to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips (from 1 [24-oz.] bag)
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. maple extract
  • 1 cup Sunnyland pecans, coarsely chopped (or buy our large or small pecan pieces that come in the perfect size)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8- x 8-inch pan or dish with parchment paper, leaving a 1-inch overhang on at least 2 sides; set aside.
  2. Stir together white chocolate chips, brown sugar, and sweetened condensed milk in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH until melted and smooth, about 1 minute, 30 seconds, stopping to stir in 30-second intervals. Stir in maple extract; fold in chopped Sunnyland pecans. Quickly spread fudge evenly into prepared pan.
  3. Cover loosely with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and chill in refrigerator until firm, about 3 hours. Using parchment overhang as handles, lift fudge from pan. Peel away parchment, and cut into squares. For longest shelf-life, store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
