Sunnyland Peach Salsa
- 7-8 large ripe Sunnyland Peaches chopped
- 3 ripe Avocados chopped
- 1 small red onion chopped
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Sunnyland Honey
- 2 tablespoons Sunnyland Pecan Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Chop peaches, avocado, onion, and cilantro.
- Mix well. Add lime juice, lime zest, honey, oil, cumin & salt/pepper.
- Stir together. Excellent with Blue corn tortilla chips or on grilled fresh fish/chicken.
