Maple Pecan Fudge Recipe

Squares of Maple Pecan Fudge on a plate

Maple Pecan Fudge

Makes: 36 pieces
Prep time: 10 min
Cook time: 3 hours
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips (from 1 [24-oz.] bag)
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. maple extract
  • 1 cup Sunnyland pecans, coarsely chopped

Directions:

  1. Line an 8- x 8-inch pan or dish with parchment paper, leaving a 1-inch overhang on at least 2 sides; set aside.
  2. Stir together white chocolate chips, brown sugar, and sweetened condensed milk in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH until melted and smooth, about 1 minute, 30 seconds, stopping to stir in 30-second intervals. Stir in maple extract; fold in chopped Sunnyland pecans. Quickly spread fudge evenly into prepared pan.
  3. Cover loosely with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and chill in refrigerator until firm, about 3 hours. Using parchment overhang as handles, lift fudge from pan. Peel away parchment, and cut into squares. For longest shelf-life, store in an airtight container in refrigerator.

This maple pecan fudge recipe is simple and sweet. All the sugary goodness is brought to the surface with the crunch of Sunnyland's Georgia pecans.
