Ingredients
  1. 3/4 cup ground Sunnyland Toasted Cashews
  2. 1 cup dried bread crumbs
  3. 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  4. 1/4 cup tomato paste
  5. 1 tsp. Louisiana-style hot sauce
  6. 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
  7. 2 Tbsp. chopped flat leaf parsley
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix ground Cashews and bread crumbs. Stir in olive oil, tomato paste and hot sauce. Add minced onion and parsley. Mix well. Using your hands, form the mixture into small bite-size balls.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use. Yield: 4 servings.

Ingredients
  1. Non-stick cooking spray
  2. 4 cups cereal squares (rice, corn or wheat)
  3. 4 cups small pretzel twists or sticks
  4. 2 cups Sunnyland Royal Mix, coarsely chopped
  5. 1/2 cup butter, melted
  6. 1/2 cup Honey
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Coat a 9” x 13’’ baking dish with cooking spray. Combine cereal, pretzels and nuts in baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine butter and honey. Pour over cereal mixture, tossing lightly to coat evenly. Bake, stirring frequently, until crispy and caramelized (45-50 min.). Cool. Makes 2 1/2 quarts. Store tightly covered.

  1. 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  2. 1/4 cup medium green onions, sliced (4 onions)
  3. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  4. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  5. 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  6. 1 tbsp. cup dry white wine or apple juice
  7. 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  8. 1 tsp. ground mustard
  9. 1 can (6 oz) crab meat, drained, cartilage removed and flaked
  10. 1/3 cup Sunnyland Sliced Almonds
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole or 9-inch glass pie plate, mix cream cheese, onions, garlic, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, wine, hot pepper sauce and mustard. Stir in crab meat. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers.

  1. 1/2 lb bacon - cooked and crumbled
  2. 1 lb cream cheese
  3. 1/2 lb shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  4. 1/2 cup French dressing
  5. 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  6. 1 cup Sunnyland Small English Walnut Pieces
Instructions
  1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the bacon, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and salad dressing. Mix together well and form into a ball.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix together the parsley and chopped walnuts. Roll cheese ball in mixture to coat. Refrigerate until chilled.

  1. 10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli
  2. 8 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
  3. 1/4 cup chopped onion
  4. 1/2 cup Sunnyland Small English Walnut Pieces
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. 1/4 cup butter, melted
  7. 2 eggs
  8. 1/2 cup Bisquick
  9. 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  10. 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375°. Grease a 9 x 9 x 2" pan. Mix the broccoli, corn, onion and walnuts. Place in the pan.
  2. Beat the remaining ingredients except for the cheese until smooth, stopping frequently to scrape down the sides of the mixer if necessary.
  3. Pour evenly into the pan on top of the vegetable mixture.
  4. Bake until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 23-25 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes longer.
  6. Cool for 30 minutes, then cut into triangles or squares.

Bacon-Apricot Appetizers

  1. 12 slices bacon, cut in half
  2. 24 Sunnyland Dried Apricots
  3. 1/2 cup plum jam
  4. 1/4 cup soy sauce
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350°. Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around an apricot half, secure with a toothpick. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is brown & crisp. Turn once during baking.
  2. While the bacon is cooking mix the jam & soy sauce in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the jam has melted and mixed with the soy sauce.
  3. Remove bacon/apricots from oven and place on paper towels to remove excess grease.
  4. Serve dipping sauce with the bacon-apricot appetizers.
