Extra-Fancy Pecan Halves, ready to eat. Every pecan is the plumpest, brightest, tastiest you can find.  Big size.  They count 200-250 halves per pound.  The U.S. Department of Agriculture terms this size “Mammoth.”  We have our own shelling plant right here on the farm.  Each nut is cracked, one by one, by our new rotary machines. Then our modern processing equipment gently carries each pecan-half through the plant to the tables where every half is inspected. You get only the best.
