For our light fruit cake, we use a fine old-fashioned butter-cake recipe, to which we add glacé cherries, candied pineapple, golden raisins, dates, lemon peel and citron – PLUS loads of Extra Fancy Sunnyland Pecans. Over 75% fruit and nuts. The batter is made with real butter and pure orange juice. The orange juice adds a delicious flavor.
