The U.S. Department of Agriculture terms this size “Mammoth.”  We have our own shelling plant right here on the farm.  Each Pecan in-the-Shell is cracked one by one.  Then our modern processing equipment gently carries each Pecan Half through the plant to the tables where every half is inspected.  You get only the best.  Our Extra Fancy Mammoth Pecan Halves are the finest you can buy anywhere.
