We've found a grower who turns out the crunchiest, tastiest pistachios we have ever tried. The secret to truly good pistachios is in HOW they are dry-roasted. He truly knows the secret. Costs us a little more money, but they sure are worth it. We are so happy and proud to be able to share these outstanding Colossal Pistachios with other pistachio lovers everywhere.

You can store the bag tightly sealed in your freezer. (I always divide them into smaller portions before freezing.) Be sure to let them come to room temperature before you open the bag.
