GLACED APRICOTS WITH PECANS
2 cups Sunnyland Dried Apricots
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. cream of tartar            1 cup water
2/3 cup Sunnyland Mammoth Pecan Hlvs
 Put Apricots in hot water for 10 min.; drain. Combine sugar, cream of tartar and water. Stir until sugar dissolves; add  apricots. Cook until the syrup sheets off the spoon like jelly, about 30 min. Remove fruit with a slotted spoon and drain on a wire rack.
 When cool enough to handle, fill each apricot center with a pecan half; roll in granulated sugar. Makes 4 dozen pieces.
