HAWAIIAN CANDY
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups granulated sugar         1 tsp. ginger
1 cup canned, crushed pineapple
1/2 cup cream                    2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup Sunnyland Large Pecan Pieces
2 tsp. vanilla extract
 Cook sugars, ginger, pineapple and cream over low heat until sugar dissolves. Boil to soft ball stage (236-238°). Remove from heat; cool to lukewarm. Add butter, nut meats and vanilla; beat until creamy.
 Pour into buttered 8”x8”x2” pan and mark into squares before cold. Makes 2 dozen pieces.
