APRICOT-BRAN MUFFINS
1 egg 1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (7 oz.) pkg. bran muffin mix
1/3 cup Sunnyland Apricots, chopped
In large bowl, beat egg. Add milk, brown sugar and cinnamon; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add muffin mix and apricots; stir just until blended. Batter will be lumpy. Fill 8 greased muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 375° 15-18 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm.
