APRICOT-CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
1 (3 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
1 cup Sunnyland Apricots, stewed
and chopped (see p. 32)
1/4 cup Sunnyland Small Pecan Pieces
1 Tbsp. Sunnyland Gallberry Honey
Beat cream cheese at medium speed in electric mixer until smooth and fluffy; stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Serve on bread or crackers. Yield: 1 cup.
