ALMOND & CRAB MEAT APPETIZER
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. cream style horseradish
Salt to taste Dash of pepper
1/3 cup Sunnyland Sliced Almonds, toasted
Combine all ingredients except almonds; mix until well blended. Spoon mixture into an 8” pie pan. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake in 375° oven for 15 min. Serve with crackers.
