BOURBON PATE
1 lb. chicken livers
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
4 Tbsp. butter      1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cups Sunnyland Small English Walnut
 Pieces, divided; 1 cup ground
1/2 tsp. salt                       1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon     2 Tbsp. bourbon
 Sauté livers and mushrooms in butter  5 min. Add onion, salt, pepper and        tarragon. Puree 3/4 mixture in blender. Finely chop remaining mixture.
 Combine chopped and pureed livers. Add cream cheese; mix well. Add 1 cup small walnut pieces and bourbon. Chill.
 Form into 3 balls. Roll in ground walnuts.
