SCALLOPED FISH WITH PECANS
1 cup fish, cooked and flaked
2 cups medium white sauce
1 cup Sunnyland Small Pecan Pieces
2 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and minced
Cracker crumbs Butter
Combine fish, white sauce, nuts and eggs. Pour into greased casserole; cover with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350° until brown (about 25 min). Serves 4.
